Return Process

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached into the shipping mailer and include your printed return authorization slip.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
